PICK-n-PULL Auto Dismantlers is a self-service auto dismantling and recycling company, now with 60+ LOCATIONS throughout the U.S. and Canada, which is focused on consolidating the highly fragmented recycled auto parts market. General Position Summary:

This position will function as a basic control auditor, responsible for reconciling production output figures, accurate reporting and maintaining a repository of program data. The incumbent maintains production records, audits input data from other workers for accuracy against reports, reconciles discrepancies as necessary, audits received parts against reported, audits quality of photographs for archival purposes, record information into computer software, produces reports on this information and, reviews, documents and accurately tracks, records and reports inventory levels.   The incumbent must have a high degree of organization and attention to detail with strong Micro Soft Excel computing skills and, the ability to independently solve issues.

  • Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards: Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with current program policies.
  • Getting Information: Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Interacting With Computers: Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to query, create pivot tables, sort data, set up computational functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Processing Information: Compiling, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying data.
  • Documenting/Recording Information: Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information.
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work: Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work, daily and weekly.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills


  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong and professional interpersonal skills with internal counterparts and external vendors required.
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess excellent writing and grammar skills required to compose professional letters, memorandums, email and other written communications to all levels of the business and to outside business vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including some overtime.
  • Associate's degree preferred; or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions: Occasional expusre to an outdoor and indoor shop environment with adequate ventilation, Occasional exposure to the outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to moderate noise levels (example: business office environment with computers and printers, light traffic).

Ability to stand, walk, and sit up for long periods of time. Manual dexterity to reach and handle items with hands and arms; Climb and balance, Ability to talk or hear; Peripheral and depth perception vision; Light to moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a productive/techinical nature.

Required Experience
